February

(this was a busy month and could be a long entry. I'm going to come back and break it into more digestible chunks. later.)

Studio site - When I last left this site I was in the process of polishing some old ideas and projects into a kind of combination notebook/gallery/catalog/resume'.  This has taken up a hasty residence on one of my  back burners for now.
I've been working alot lately in google site's of various kinds.  Enough that I've come to actually enjoy writing when in them!  As opposed to here.  Anyways,  I'm toying with the idea of rolling up this wordpress blog into a google site.  Google sites aren't in blog format, that is, their not one looooooooooooong page of perforce chronological posts. The editing and moving of pages skunks this one.  And as I said, I'm in google sites everyday already..

compost happens.
compost happens.
I also managed to put together a Garden notebook for some of my experiments and ideas in that venue.  I'm ridiculously pleased with it!  I don't even look at the words I wrote, and neither should you! I titled the first experimental entry "Compost Happens!" and then just "homina homina'd" along I think I'll link to it! ...Er.. well that doesn't appear to have worked.. Try it over in the garden notebook section of my site.
St.L' - I put in the gallery pages and filled in/polished up the wikidesk. This is easily my most finished/ used site, and yet it's the one I'm least proud of.
E' - I've gotten tired of building/ planning for the non-visiting masses.  For the next few months, I plan on indulging in ridiculously large images/pages and not necesarily needed nor concise/crisp/clear/non-alliterative texts. Consequently, you may find me over there alot more than over here.
As I work with the ideas and texts, I keep returning to the longing to keep the existing (I hesitate to call it the finished) half of the site purely architectural, analgous, and iconic and move almost all text and musings into the g'site ( from henceforth, or until I reorganize them, to be know as the site commons).
To this end I've added a buttresses and niches page into the entrance section to go along with the font.  Their primary purpose will be to show off the imagery of these types, of course, but they'll also house bibliographies (butresses) and some here's-what-you-won't-find-heres (niches).
Introductions somehow managed to steal a little attention (mostly cosisting of the liberal use of the "delete" button) on its way to being shuffled into the new Overview section alongside  Sitemap.
Font, is being shaped into a holder of distilled site goodies with new sub sections for Devotions, Ideas, Chapels, and a Gallery of renders (and icon/digital sculpture work too should I ever get to the point where I can start with those projects).
I continue to work at some kind of display-calendar-seasonal-liturgical-home-festival-celebration-preparation-page/section. Right now it just says "ordinary time" but I've hoped since last lent to have something put together for this lent. Also you can see whatever I've gotten done by following the Liturgical Season link on the much expanded entrance page (see paragraph above)
Sacred Hearth and Schola Verbum got a little work as well as St. Thomas' chapel for his feast day.
Focus is going to be (depending on how the muses sing and the design winds blow)
60%building up the model and the architectural half.
25%Filling out the ambulatory commons starting with Sacred Hearth's.
And 15% Filling in the main site commons
